We've put together a list of frequently asked questions about the Bee Inclined Swapboard to hopefully answer any questions that you have and fully explain how it all works.

How do I close my account once I have signed up?
If you are in the trial period and you haven't yet added your card details, then you don't need to do anything. Simply let the account expire. We will send you an email a few days before just to inform you that your trial is ending but after that, we won't contact you. We do love feedback though so if you have a spare minute to let us know the reason for not continuing, it would be appreciated.
How do you use my data?
Your contact details are only used for the purposes of creating the account and allowing us to communicate with you in regard to the Swapboard. We will not divulge your information to any third party.
Are you going to sell to me with hassle phone calls and emails?
Not at all. We also don't like being sold to and so are building an ethical business. When you sign up, you will receive a registration email. About 4 days later, we follow up with an email to check that you are getting on ok and to ask if you have any questions. The only other email you will receive from us will be towards the end of the trial which is to inform you that the trial period is coming to an end. We will never call you or contact you beyond this unless you want us to.
How much does it cost?
The Swapboard for Classes costs £12 per month inclusive of VAT. Fees are charged in advance for the forthcoming month.
What does the monthly fee cover?
The fee covers hosting, security updates, future enhancements, support, plus everything else needed to run an online software solution. Our hosting is state-of-the-art located in a dedicated hosting facility and monitored constantly to maxmimise availability for you.
How do I close my account?
Closing the paid account is easy. There is a button in the Billing section of the admin tool which allows you to close the account. Once you have requested to close it, the account will keep running until the end of the current billing period and will then be closed down. No further payments are taken and your card details are deleted from our payment provider.
Do you keep my Card Details on file?
We use Stripe to process the payments which means that we don't ever get to see your card details and they are not stored on our servers in anyway what-so-ever.
Does it do....?
The Swapboard was designed based on user research and feedback from existing Pilates teachers and was designed to meet the needs of their businesses. We quickly realised that each business has it's own set of requirements and so built the solution to be as flexible and configurable as possible. The best way to see if it meets your requirements is to start a free trial and have a play with it.
It doesn't do what I need?
If you feel that the swapboard doesn't have the functionality that you need, then please do get in touch. We have lots of new functionality planned to make Bee Inclined even better and it may be a case that we are already looking at your requirements.
Does it work with my Booking System?
We've built the system to work completely independently from the various booking systems so that you are free to use which ever booking system you wish, whether that's paper based or an online fully managed tool. If you change your booking system, the Swapboard will keep working for you without any further changes needing to be made.
How do I know when you release new functionality?
The best way to keep up-to-date is to follow us on Twitter. However, for major release updates, we will post a notice on the dashboard.
Can the Swapboard be password protected?
The Swapboard can be used with or without a password but we always recommend that you use one for your clients to access.
How do my students find my Swapboard?
The easiest way is to add a link to your website which links through to your Swapboard. This is similar to adding a link to LinkedIn or Twitter. The Admin tool provides guidance and we are happy to help out assist if needed.
Can it look like my website?
We've added functionality to help you change the look and feel of the Swapboard so you can make it look much more like your website. You have the ability to change colours and hide various sections if you don't want to display them. We've also added the option to include your own custom CSS which provides you with total control and can now completely transform the look and feel of the Swapboard. Don't worry if you don't understand what this means or don't have a web developer on hand to help you out, we can assist throughout this process.
Can I embed it into my website?
Yes, it is possible to embed the Swapbard into most websites. The embedding process does require a little bit of technical knowledge though so we advise that you get in touch with us. We will help you through the process and can talk to your website developers directly if needed.
How secure is the site and my data?
We take security very seriously and as such, the system has been built with security in mind. All server traffic is encrypted using SSL certificates to keep your data safe and the underlying architecture utilises a modern and up-to-date framework.
Is the Swapboard always available for my users?
We strive for 100% availability. The server is constantly monitored to ensure availability and we schedule new functional releases at suitable times in order to minimise disruption.
