A small amount of personal data are required when using this system (your name and sometimes an email address). The data is used by the organisation running the classes to manage class swaps. Email addresses will be used for confirmation purposes relating to swaps that you have made and or swap tokens that have been assigned to you. Please note; by entering your personal details into the swapboard you are consenting for your data to be used in the management of these swaps.
The system is managed and run by Bee Inclined (a trading name of Raw Snow Media ltd). Your personal data is not processed by Raw Snow Media and is not shared with any other companies. Should you wish to invoke any of your rights under the GDPR regulations please contact your instructor in the first instance.
